Around The World in 80 Books Reading Challenge 2014

AroundTheWorldIn80Books2014

Hosted by Love Bites and Silk

I’ve picked up reading more in 2013. I was beginning to miss my favorite hobby and school books were just not cutting it. I can’t handle the dry text. I joined the Goodreads challenge and beat my goal of 60 by a whole 15 books. So I figured 80 for 2014 should be a piece of cake.

Only there’s a catch: There are rules listed at Love Bites and Silk! So don’t just go reading books all willy-nilly.

Here’s the condensed version:

  • There are 3 mini challenges (red, green and yellow)
  • The coveted blue gem is given to those complete all 3 mini challenges
  • 80 books must be read in 2014 and must be fiction

Some rules, like each book being set in a different location will be hard for me. I will read whatever sounds good at the moment and forget I’m supposed to be reading for a challenge.

Read your way through a world tour! ūüôā
